FCFP Pre-Game Inspection: Dec. 1 at Storm

1. Rounding out the Trip 

The Lightning will close out their long four game, 11 day road trip tonight as they take the Island Storm. Coming off of a dominating 109-95 win over the Saint John Riptide on Thursday night, the Lightning will look to keep the ball rolling heading into tonight's matchup.

2. Scoring by Committee 

So far in this early season, a new player has seemed to step up each game to take control of the floor. Each game it seems like someone new is leading the charge. Three of the new signings this season have earned player of the game honors. AJ Gaines, Kevin Ware, and most recently Xavier Moon have all had big games so far this season. Add in the veteran Marvin Phillips earning a player of the game honor and the team is looking very well rounded in all assets.  

3. Previous Match 

The last time these two teams played as the very last game of the 2017-2018 season. A make-up game, the Lightning and Storm clashed on April 1, 2018. The Lightning came out on top winning 140-136 (No this isn't an April Fool's joke). Once again leading the way in that game was Garrett Williamson with 25 points and seven rebounds.
