1: Strong Win

The Bolts went down to Windsor last night and had a battle with the Express. The team started out slow at the beginning of the first but they came back and got the lead and kept it for most of the game. Windsor was always in it, keeping it close for most of the game. The Bolts took a bigger lead at the end of the third that put the team up by 10. The team was able to hang on and get the victory, extending their winning streak to 8 games. This win along with the Edge's victory over the Titans last night has them at a tied record on the season so far but the Lightning have won the season series against St. John's at 3-1 so we should be in first place at this moment in time.

2: Keeping up with the Squad

The Lightning as many know by now, have been on a winning streak over the past month or so. The team has four games left in the season with 3 coming on the road. All games will be big as the team is looking to stretch their lead and solidify their position in first place. KW is this Saturday the 16th in KW where the team will look to get a good win against the last place squad but they have been playing strong getting a victory on Tueday against the Edge. The next game after that is against the FIVE who are in third place and could go on a run to challenge us for the top spot. The last 2 games are back against the Express, one on the road and one at home, where the Bolts will look to keep Windsor down and away from us in that win coloumn.
